最近读了几本英美学者的中国货币史著作，发现先秦货币在欧美国家的研究还是很广泛的，也是很有深度的。其中对许多名词的翻译，确实令人忍俊不禁，我试着把这些英文单词翻译成中文，贴几个给大家看看。笑了就回帖啊。

（Gold Plates）用金子做的板子，指金钣
（Spade coins）像铲子一样的钱，布币
（Hollow-Headed Spade coins）脑袋很空的铲子钱。

脑袋很空，肩膀很平的铲子钱。

脑袋很空，肩膀上扬，铲子钱。

......不知道什么意思，应该是锐角布。

脚比较方正的钱。

......应该是说燕国刀币。

有圆洞的圆形钱。

还读了几本欧美学者对甲骨文的研究著作，其中对甲骨文的英文翻译，更是让人笑掉大牙，我就不贴了。。。
