为什么不能办理？就因为我把盒子打开了，发现了添加、修补、隐瞒缺陷等问题，我就要付这个责任？我就要买一个有严重问题的钱币？卖家就可以把钱币穿个马甲就蒙混过关了？你们作为一个平台是不是有相关的责任！我把盒子砸了，可以赔偿他入盒子的费用，但是不能让我买一个有问题的钱币吧？！打个比方，你去商场买了一个音响，看包装很好，回家打开用时，发现有问题，是不是可以退货？
你们一直在强调我把盒子砸开了，没有保持原样。如果我不砸开盒子，怎么会发现问题所在！你们的意思是不是可以理解为：不论真假和有无瑕疵，只要东西入盒子了，就可以当作完好品拍卖？！只要砸了盒子，出了问题概不负责！
作为一个消费者，谁来保证我们的权益！交了手续费，你们是不是有义务把这个事情搞清楚，而不是一味的不予退货，推卸责任！是不是应该反思这种问题？
